Jmtmom, I say you should go for it. Exaggerated bodyshapes are totally appropriate for sideshow freaks. Cheesy

I haven't been able to think up anything interesting yet, but I think I'll try working the freak angle too. Maybe 'animal'-faced people with clothes and makeup for their performances...
