Ok, this is the second part of Quimbygein's request. A steampunk home with my favorite steampunk machine in the garden

YES, it's possible! I'm going to have to move to Riverside now, because the zoning committee is anticipating that lot demand is overtaking supply for Armonia Construction Company's future properties. And I hear the Landgraab family is kicking themselves for not investing in Armonia Co. before the stock prices soared. I guess they underestimated the potential returns in the flailing economy. However, I personally had no doubts ;-)
