Well, this is my first upload... I figured it was time because I've been lurking here for what seems like forever...

This is a residential lot based on my favorite childhood hideaway. I used to have a recurring nightmare of falling through the floorboards and being trapped, alone in the dark basement. I spent countless summers rowing out to this abandoned refuge in the middle of the harbor. I believe it was built in the early 1900's as a lifesaving station... right next to Whaleback Light in the Piscataqua river.
Every summer I would make it out here, and brave the poison ivy infested grounds and push back the vines that covered the door. Inside it was dark, but the back door was broken in and provided the only light source. The ground was covered in old papers that could not be read, and there were dead rats that would be hidden in the floorboards... which could break through at any moment.
Now, boarded up, condemned, and completely buried in poison ivy, pricker bushes and rotting wood, it serves as a structure of great mystery. Which was only fitting for me to try to re-create, as best as I could, from memory.

Anyway... sorry for the rant. I hope you enjoy it... and let me know if there are any things to work through.

I have Nightlife and Celebration Stuff, and I suggest opening it in the Sims2Pack Clean Installer, because there is a ton of custom content (mostly from here! thank you everyone!)
