Rue Royale Apartments. New Download links added. 12/02

Here are two New Olreans themed apartments I wanted to upload for you guys. One is completely brand spanking new and the other is a remake of the maxis townhouse that came with Nightlife. It's one of my fave lots and I thought it could use a pimping out NOLA style.


Here's Apartment 1:

I wanted it to have a kinda row house feel. It's has 3 flats, completely landscaped and fixtures included.
Flat A includes 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, and a living/dining area.
Flat B has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, closet space, kitchen and living/dining.
Flat C is the smallest, it has all in one bedroom, livingroom, dining, kitchen and a bathroom that is closed off from the rest.

Rent is from $763-$2,107.

Apartment 2: (which is the townhouse makeover)

This lot comes with 3 flats, all fixtures included. Some of the flats were furnsihed when I took the pics but I don't believe they will be when you download them.
Flat A has 2 bedroom, 1 bath, kicthen, dining, and livingroom.
Flat B includes I bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, living, and dining.
Flat C also has a kicthen, living/dining, 1 bath and bedroom.
Rent ranges from $801-$1,788.

Thanks, I have thing for small courtyards with lots of tropical plants. They way they can look som closed off and private.

Have you removed the mailbox recolor seen in the first picture from this package? I had that and it borkes the AL mailbox, and I soooo don't want to delete dozens of mailbox recolors again XD

The lots are lovely, and I am so grabbing them if there is no mailbox there!

If you install it with the clean installer then you can choose not to install the mailbox recolors.

I tried removing the mailbox after it was packaged but had issues with everything being empty packages. I bloody hate mailbox recolors because of that problem with AL. I delete recolors of it all the bloody time. But why Violet saud should work.

It's a pretty damn cool expasion pack imo.  I'm glad you guys dg the gardens. I can get too carried away with them sometimes.
